Jen groomed Nanook last time. I recently recommended her to my mom as well. I am really grateful to Woof Gang grooming my wolfdog. Petco wouldn’t do it because of their policies surrounding the breed even though their groomers know and love him. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you.

We have been loyal customers for at least a year and a half.

Unfortunately, I have to post this review of our most recent experience. Our dog’s nail started bleeding shortly after we brought her home. We reached out to Woofgang and spoke with Jade who then called Pedro for direction. Jade came back and stated this must have been something that happened at home and Pedro will reach out tomorrow. We weren’t offered to bring our pup back for them to look at.

Based on previous experiences we thought this would have been handled differently.

Have only recently started using their grooming services for our puppy but great experiences so far. First time was on. He came home with a ton of hairs that got everywhere and we thought “ok, this is just how it’s going to be”. Never had a dog that needed grooming so we didn’t know what to expect. The second time was with a different groomer, Alaina, who blew all the hairs off before we got home and it was perfect. Just had another groom with her and same thing! She did a fantastic job and our little fur boy comes back so handsome and styled! Will keep going as long as she’s there!

Staff here are so friendly and always make us feel welcome, listened to, and taken care of. We’ve had a variety of groomers take care of our corgi Indy, and each has done such a great job. He loves going to Woof Gang and always comes home looking and smelling great. Nice extra touch that he always gets to leave with a cool new bandana for some style.

If I could give this location 10 stars-I would! Being new to the area and trying other locations that were total let downs, Woof Gang is now our ONLY location in Clermont we will take our beloved Roxy. Alana did an AMAZING JOB ! Its always an anxious situation trusting your fur baby to any groomer. This location was top notch professional from the door. I was greeted by the staff the moment I walked in and given a pre-grooming consultation prior to the appointment. The staff were attentive to my request, very polite and professional. Needless to say this will be our permanent location to bring our Roxy! Thank you ladies for a great job and keep up the good work!

This was the second time Tater grooming at the last one. Tater is a love, he had grooming since puppy the last staff grooming from miami love him for his behavior, he is trained and best friend of my two years daughter. Today was unacceptable the way that the staff referred to him. I leaved him and a hour after I received a call that I have to pickup him because he did allowed to the staff to do nothing, When I arrive to pickup him I was near the bath room and the woman black hair did no realize that I was able to hear what she said. She was trying to put the leash but he was very nervous and in that moment she said to Tater in Spanish “ Que tu mamá te ponga esto, por que no estoy para ti” I do not know how translate in English that but in Spanish is rude and offensive. I did say nothing to her in that moment only ask for owner, that call after when I was at home. Tater is a family member loved and he is very friendly, he is a big boy yes but with the extraordinary behavior. I don’t care but I don’t and won’t accept that someone say that things to him because is showing that she didn’t care with love before so Tater did not come to this business any more sorry.

Our Bucky went for his first grooming and he had a great time. Everyone was so attentive. He looked great and wanted to go back soon! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this shop!
