Adds up random prices after for a surprising $250 bill for me 30 lb golden doodle. Never in my life have I spent more that $110 including tip on a groom.
Not mentioning how the groom was minimal and nothing crazy….

When brought to their attention that I was unhappy with the price . They said “too bad”

Not sure how they are still in business.

Highly recommend going elsewhere

This place always does a great job cutting our dogs hair. She gets nervous before she goes but she comes back very happy and prancing around because she knows she looks good.

Got my dog groomed 6weeks ago and paid $82. (Not including tips and taxes). He was 4 months old and weighed 15 lbs.
Had him groomed yesterday, 5 1/2 months and weighs 20 lbs and was charged $130 ( not including taxes and tips). I was shocked when I was told the cost and question why the $48 increase. I was told because he is now a bigger dog. Sure! $50 more for 5 additional pounds. His hair was not matted nor very long and I was never told the new price when I dropped him off.
The haircut was fine but plan to go elsewhere where you can get a good comparable hair cut for much less.
Ask for the haircut price before you leave your dog or you will have price shock. A puppy haircut for $130 plus tax and tip will be about $160 total.

My husband just picked up our Coton de Tuler after being there for six hours; her coat is a total disaster!!!! We have always kept her top coat long and never cut; she came back home looking like a Bichon!!!!! Our Cotons have always had the long top coat and the groomers have always ONLY thinned the under coat. Our breeder has always been glad that we kept her true to her breed with the long coat. The owner said that was "old school". We took in our dog with a beautiful coat and she came home with a "buzz" cut that no longer breaks down her back, which is natural with the Coton. We are very upset. Never take a Coton there as they do not know what they are doing!!!!

You guys are terrific and have always done a great job grooming our dogs. We were only in Naples for a couple weeks and you made time for us. This was our pups first big groom and he ( & us) have always been nervous about trimming him. Thank you very much for the great service!

Wow! What an amazing place! I just picked up a hurricane Ian survivor dog from the shelter to foster and he desperately needed a bath. They took him in right away to help out! Such kind hearted people here!
