I can’t say enough good things about this place! I recently brought my 3-month-old kitten in for a visit, and the staff was kind and attentive, making sure I understood everything about her condition and what to expect during recovery. They treated my kitten with so much care, and I felt completely reassured that she was in good hands. I just moved to the area and I’m so grateful to have found such a compassionate and professional team.

We have been using WOVH since we moved to Florida a year ago and have been very happy with the quality of care, flexibility, and bedside manner of all of the staff.

Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our senior dog recently, the veterinary staff provided him with the best care until the end. Dr Brown in particular brought us an immense amount of comfort while we made the decision to let our boy go.

We take our dog here and have always received the most amazing and thorough care from everyone. The receptionists are kind and welcoming, and they have a sign they put on the desk for the office to stay quiet when somebody is saying goodbye to their pet ❤️

We’ve seen Dr Kasad the most but one time we had to take our dog in and he was in surgery so we got a lovely vet who was just as amazing - I wish I could remember her name. Very kind with blonde hair. The vet tech, I believe his name is Rob, is wonderful as well.

My dog hates the vet but they all take time to make her comfortable. They sit on the floor with her, throw treats, and give her gentle pets during the exam. She is still not a fan of going, but she is less anxious and doesn’t cry at this one.

I couldn’t be more thankful to the entire team at the Hamlin location for their compassion and excellence!

The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our dog Luna is a difficult dog and does not like to be handled. She has had multiple treatments, and is always taken in with care. The service Luna has received and customer service we have received is great. I would highly recommend West Orange Veterinary Hospital, they have three locations in the area to accommodate your pets needs.

Don't take your pets to this clinic, veterinarian Katie P. wanted to kill my dog, this Friday, May 3, 2024, she said he had a kidney problem due to medication and that wasn't it, he should go back to college, she wanted If my husband gave me my pet in a box as a birthday present, this professional should take responsibility for her actions, my pet is here great, thank God and with his kidney working, we would have murdered him. CAREFUL. If it weren't for a Brazilian vet, my pet wouldn't be here today.

New veterinary hospital in Horizon West. Great staff, great techs, and great doctors. I brought my little baby here after finding her barely alive just before hurricane Ian hit. Kimberly was so helpful to my little "Miss Lazy" and even though there are other vets closer to me, I choose to stay with WOVH Hamlin. Thank you all!
