Well, let me first say, I can tell when my mom picks up local worms at the pet store compared to when she gets them shipped them from Florida. I much prefer the big juicy worms from Sunshine State Worms. If she runs out and has to buy locally its just not as good. I will turn my nose up at them. In fact she has ordered from many other places and now will only order from them as my request. And yes you have to plan weather wise for any bug deliveries. If its hot out, and we know we are going to get them delivered that day, we ask our neighbor to get them for us. Yours Truly, Bubbie the Beardie

We traveled over 50 minutes to get 1000 medium superworms for my daughter's bearded dragon. The drive was worth it. I have spent so much money at the local pet shop for the last 10 months. I will take the drive every few months for worms. All the worms were alive ! The man that helped us was very nice and explained how to take care of the worms . He instructed us on how to house the worms so they stay alive. For pick up, the worms came in a white mesh bag. We stopped at a dollar store for a cheap container, put oats about 1 inch high. We put some slices of potatoes as a water source. All the worms were active and alive!

FYI. I tried calling a few times with no answers,
finally I decided to actually listen to the whole voice-mail recording which said we can text that number also. I got a response right away when I texted the Company’s number. I wanted to make sure they were open before taking the trip there. There hours are not the same for in-person pickup. Make sure you text before you go.

I'm so happy I found sunshine state worms! Great bulk pricing, super fast shipping and amazing quality! I have ordered from other places and half the worms arrived dead in a cloth bag that stunk so bad. The first time, I showed up to this place and was told that I needed to call first to even confirm they had worms. Got 400 worms right then and there, perfect. Even got the magnet sticker with the number. I called a few weeks ago, no answer. Called again just now twice in a row, no answer. So do I show up again even though you specifically told me to call before I show up and get the worms and you get your money or do I just keep calling and waste my time and you don’t get a customer? Not trying to be rude but come on now…

I don't live very far from their facility, so they offered to let me stop in for my purchase. It's not a retail store but they were very accommodating. I got 1,000 worms and they looked great. Feeding them to a mating pair of bluebirds. Will make the drive again when needed.

Best superworms I’ve ever purchased! They are very hard to find right now so I had to really search to find someone who had them in stock. They are more expensive than what I normally get but they were by far worth it! They were packed well, all live, and arrived quickly even though I picked slower shipping. My bearded dragon is very happy!

The Healthiest Worms! My brother has been ordering from them for a long time. I had a really bad experience with another company out in California-Rainbow worms! I paid $33 to have them overnight to me-Fedex kept them in their non air conditioning truck ALL DAY IN HOT South Florida!! They were delivered around 4 pm!! My gosh-The smell was horrific with 1000 worm order of which about 95% were dead!
I will only order from Sunshine from now on! I only pay $13 for priority mail and get here two days later (We are in the same state as Sunshine Worms).
I do the “HOLD” Delivery at the Post Office. This is my 4th or 5th order, even in Hot August: NO PROBLEMS!
