Pet Supply Plus has been a godsend to my eight cat household! I have been shopping for years at the large pet supermarket chains and stumbled across this wonderful pet store called Pet Supply Plus. The customer support throughout the store is amazing. Wendy, is extremely knowledgeable and always at hand to answer any questions and direct me towards the best deal for my multi cat household. Shelves are always stocked with a variety of different flavors, staff are well informed, enthusiastic, professional, well groomed, and always willing to assist. The price savings from shopping at the store opposed to the big chains is extremely large… at times I saved 30%! They also have 25% off total purchase coupons regularly! I am extremely impressed and I can honestly say I enjoy shopping at this store. It’s one of the few stores left where customer service is outstanding and so are the savings!!

Our puppy went to Maria for her first nail trim ever because she is a nightmare when we try at home. I was worried if they would be able to trim her. Maria treated her like a princess and got her to relax, got her hugging and kissing everyone around, and trimmed her perfectly. All the staff were so friendly and spoiled my pup. Great store!

Savannah has done a phenomenal with our Great Pyrenees, Bear. He is scared of water so bath time has been nonexistent since we got him from the rescue, but she has been so patient with him and got him through grooming with no problems at all. 10/10 she is amazing!

Don’t waste your time on buying bugs. They always die. Horrible customer service; wouldn’t exchange a hornworm that clearly died when it was little. Spoke to Wendy a manager who didn’t want to even give me the time of day. Every time I purchase crickets they die immediately. Pretty sad a company can handle business this way and not try to even satisfy the customer. Taking my business elsewhere.

So today my dog had an appointment to get s bath and honestly my husband and I were not pleased with today's delay and hostile encounter, it was our fourth visit and our dog loves to go there.
They were running behind by a lot which is fine we get it, but the deminor of the two girls were not welcoming at all. Our puppy didn't want to stay and cried the whole stay.
Then we go back hour and a 45 minutes later which in past appointments they're usually done, they had my dog in the back and still no nails trimmed and they had two other dogs on the stations.
In future appointments I will make sure it will NOT be them two. Also not friendly AT All with clients or dogs.
Today's visit was really upsetting.

Five stars for Maria in grooming. I don’t utilize the store for anything else to rate for prices and stock. But i can say Maria is an absolute angel and the best groomer, I have two cats both completely different regarding size and needs. One is super furry and 17lbs and the other is 6lbs and a tripod, she works with both of them so well to groom them. When they come home they practically strut their stuff they're so happy! She genuinely loves and cares for them. 10/10 would def recommend Maria in grooming! (And if management or corporate see this- this is who you should have as employee of the month, she deserves a raise & recognition!)
