Ketch is a wonderful daycare and kennel. We’ve been taking our dog Goose here since we adopted him a little over a year ago. He is a huge flight risk and was very hyper active. Since going to Ketch for daycare he is socialized and runs his heart out everyday. He’s always a happy boy when I pick him up.

We have unfortunately had to board him for long occasions due to my husbands health. But ketch has made him feel like he’s at a doggie summer camp (that’s where we tell him He’s going). He’s always happy to come home but always excited to come back to daycare.

Wendy and Mike have also been great at recommending training techniques for behavioral issues we’ve had.

I trust them with my dog over anyone coming to the house to take care of our Goose. I would and have highly recommended Ketch to anyone I speak to.

This is the best facility in town and it’s not even really close. The staff consistently treats us and our dog unbelievably well and is always uncannily kind. Bring your dog here; you will not be disappointed.

I found Babygirl on the causeway several yrs ago & I have to say she loved it at Ketch. Her first paydate was amazing she didn’t want to come home. lol She cried when I took her hm. Over night days( when I went on vacation- Excellent. She was Happy , bathed. You couldn’t find a better place with better people super clean. When you walk into the office, you can tell it smells clean nice you don’t smell urine or poop or anything like that other places that I visit this place is excellent. I recommended highly my neighbor recommended it to me years ago and he was right he said that was the only place that he would ever leave his dog because he’s super particular. . You couldn’t find a better place to leave your dog and not have to worry about it. So I have a new puppy now and that’s where I am going to leave her daycare so she could get stimulus with other dogs and socialize.

My Keeshond , Wookee, has been going to Ketch for daycare and boarding since he was a 6 mo. old pup. He learned social skills and the joy of being around other dogs which make him a great companion. Wookee loves going to Ketch and I love knowing he is well taken care of when we are away. When he had some urinary issues and we were on vacation the staff and Wendy sorted out a protocol that helped alleviate his problem. I was able to email Wendy and stay in touch the entire time I was away. Ketch is a great place for dogs and I have sent many friends and their dogs there. Always get rave reviews from people who take my advice.

We celebrated our mini Aussie's 7th birthday with a herding lesson at Ketch, and it was absolutely amazing!! Our city dog who loves air conditioning and fluffy pillows ? tapped into his natural instincts and transformed into a herding dog right before our eyes. He had so much fun! A wonderful wonderful place, but it’s not as great as it used to be. It needs to change to keep up with modern ways of working and needs to provide a specific run down of hourly and daily cleanliness practices. For one, let people see the areas that the dogs play in - both inside and out. And where they are boarded. #2. Implement a computer system for payment and vaccination records, client notes, and client visits / drop offs such that when an animal is dropped off, an employee enters it in the system and the system shows if the dogs illness and status, vaccinations - rabies, bortadella, etc has expired so that a dog is not accepted until vaccines are brought current. #3. When a dog is sick and possibly contagious proactively call the other clients of whom the infected dog has been in contact with to inform them that their dog may get ill or may not - customers appreciate this.

My amstaff/lab mix loves going to KETCH! She always has a blast! The staff are great and always love seeing her. They also offer grooming services which is a plus!
