We had an emergency with our newly adopted dog and they didn't hesitate in working us into their busy day! Staff and Dr were so kind and knowledgeable, and obvious animal lovers! Our fur baby made a complete recovery and we will be bringing all of our pets to them from now on!

This place is a joke. I am a disabled person with a sick feline. I get stopped at the counter. Then told to even get to the table. To have her looked at to tell me whats wrong. Was going to cost me 50 bucks. Then whatever they have to do to her is extra. Bet yall rake in bank. On all the paranoid pet owners who pay 50 up front. Only to be told its nothing. They handed me financing brochures while Princess just sits in her carrier. Like any disabled person ever gets any form of financing. They also remind me they might be a vet but their also a business. I think the business aspect weighs a bit more for them than the animals. So if your rich and have money to burn. By all means I bet they will treat your pet well. But otherwise that fake sweetness while they turn your sick pet away. With no regard for if it dies. Other than not wanting to harbor any guilt for it. Will make you disgusted. Also don't bother replying to this comment. You aint talking your way out of it.

This place has always been my go to for my dog and now my boyfriend’s cat! My dog gets his annual shots and the cat is about to get neutered now that he’s got his first shots! No side effects for the cat either so that’s great! We are all well and thankful for this place! Prices are reasonable and yes they are busy but I’ve never felt “ignored” or forgotten while waiting!! Thanks y’all!

My Shepard Myles got out of the yard sometime in the middle of the night. He seriously injured his back leg. I walked into JAH and my brother was carrying him. We were new to the state and hadn't even set up a vet yet. They didn't even blink and they got us into a room immediately. It was a long drawn out treatment that took a couple months of sedation and dressing changes. They took good care of him. It's honestly been one thing after another since we got here in February but they have seen all three of my pets for different reasons. My only concern is that even though they've seen the pets I keep needing to bring them in for treatment. It's a good spot with good people.

All the doctors are amazing, and so reasonably priced I also take the neighborhood stray cats to get chipped off checked out when hurt

Dr Parkison was both polite and informative. I spelled her name here the way it appears on the invoice. I brought "Poncho" here because this was where his previous owners took him. I am extremely satisfied with the experience. JAH almost lost a star because of an aide who wouldn't speak understandably. I had to read the medication schedule for myself. Do not want her "assistance " again.
