If I could give Dr Mattera, vet tech Sam and the receptionist Jaylen more than 5 stars I would! My dog was having some routine testing done and had some protein in her urine. Being a worrier on top of being pregnant (those hormones get ya) I started freaking out. The whole team but especially the three I mentioned made sure to take the time to explain the testing to me, make sure I was comfortable with the process, and never made me feel like a pest through my MANY calls! I can’t thank these ladies enough for the care and compassion they have shown through this past week of dealing with my anxiety and making sure my dog got the best care! Luckily it turned out to be nothing to worry about, I am so grateful to bring my dog to such a thorough team who all clearly care for their patients and take their jobs very seriously! I can’t recommend Have a Heart enough for any pet health needs!

I’ve been with Have a Heart for many years now and through a couple of pets. They have exceptional personalized service and really care. The Drs are top notch and explain everything in a way you can understand and will go over options for you and your pet in an honest straight forward but caring way. The front desk staff are always friendly, helpful, responsive and understanding.

The level of service provided is comparable to that of Bulger's prior to their relocation and subsequent corporatization. The staff demonstrates a remarkable ability to recall both myself and my pets, which adds a personal touch to the experience. The overall environment exudes kindness, friendliness, courtesy, and warmth. The doctors and staff are attentive and genuinely listen to my concerns and needs, ensuring that I never feel rushed or pressured during appointments. They have consistently demonstrated flexibility and accommodation in addressing unexpected issues that may arise. It is noteworthy that emergency care services are not currently offered at this facility. Regarding pricing, I find the fees to be reasonable. For individuals whose pets require frequent visits due to health or age-related concerns, the Thrive program presents a cost-effective option. With a monthly fee of $15.00, this program offers significant savings on visits and discounts in the long run. We are delighted to have rediscovered this personalized and accommodating approach to pet care and sincerely hope that it remains unchanged. Based on my positive experiences thus far, I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I like bringing my pet to have a Heart. They really take great care of her. I wish my dog didn't get so scared going to the vet. I would recommend bringing your pets here, they are great.

6/11 was my first appointment bringing my new fur baby in for a exam. From the minute I walked in I knew I made the right choice. The front desk staff were so nice and accomadating, I felt right at home. The physicians who took care of my girl were amazing and so gentle and took the time to explain everything and let me ask all of my questions so i felt comfortable, You can tell they really care about you and your fur baby. I'm so glad I decided to come here thank you so much for taking the time to make us feel comfortable.
