I recently had an incredible experience at Pet Nation and would like to give them a well-deserved five-star review. Their staff members are extremely knowledgeable about pet food and go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The associates at Pet Nation were not only approachable and welcoming but also eager to assist me with any questions or concerns I had about pet food. Their expertise in the field was truly impressive, and they were able to provide me with valuable insights on choosing the best food for my furry friends.

What impressed me the most was their willingness to help with every aspect of my visit. Not only did they guide me through their extensive selection of pet food products, but they also offered valuable recommendations tailored to my pet's specific needs. Moreover, when it came time to make a purchase, the associates graciously offered to load the heavy bags of pet food into my car, making my shopping experience hassle-free.

Pet Nation's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my entire visit. Their genuine care for both pets and their owners is truly commendable. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for the outstanding assistance I received.

They have a wide selection of products and have been very helpful and friendly anytime I've visited. The lack of a civil servant/military discount and somewhat high prices however, highlight the small monopoly they have on the area. I kind of wish I had another local option but despite all that, I still shop here because of their customer service and quality goods.... and the squishy face fluffy bunnies!!!!!!

wish i could give zero stars, this place is absolutely horrible. first, the staff talk badly about customers. they are extremely immature and childish. second, they don't know anything about products on their shelves. you'd think that they'd train the staff better to know about pet products they're selling, right? wrong. they barely train staff, they only teach them how to take care of the animals living in the store and how to work the register. and, as i mentioned, they do have pets living in the back of the store. they spend a lot of time and money on these pets, no wonder they're struggling with business. with my time that i worked here, i developed sicknesses from the uncleaned animals that i had allergies to, which caused me to fall ill, and when i called out, they fired me. but they didn't even fire me, they just took me off the schedule. that's funny, isn't it? very professional. it's also interesting to me that they catch stray cats, lock them in the bathroom because they have cats living in the store, and sell them to the public. that's horrible. this was my first job. worst job i've ever had. do not buy from these terrible people, their friendliness is nothing but a facade. they treat animals terribly, keep birds locked in tiny cages to live in the back, with no way to fly or exercise. they also have roaches and barn beetles in the bulk dog treats. disgusting. nobody would want that for their dogs. oh, one more thing to mention, i got bit my a bird when i was working there, it drew blood, they made me keep working anyways. said "it's fine, just keep working." imagine if i had gotten a disease? unprofessional and rude.

Traveling for the winter, we needed pet food stores willing to order and stock large quantities of raw dog food. For four weeks,
Pet Nation in Navarre, Florida did just that, even though they had limited freezer space. Jacob and Alex were especially helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

The lady working was so kind and showed us some animals and displayed how to hold them. She showed us which ones would be handleable and even used it as a training opportunity for one of the parakeets to have it go on my hand. Wonderful experience.

Never had an issue with them until this past week. Reworked my 75 gallon fish tank. Switched to gravel. First time using gravel. The salesperson sold $90 worth of gravel. Never said to let it set for 24-48 hours. Waited a few hours, acclimated my fish, $250 worth of fish died within two hours. Sales seemed to be more importantly or salesperson was uninformed. Either way, my beautiful fantails are gone. 🙁
