The staff at this place is the best..The obvious love they show for the animals is heartwarming.Dr. Hyers performed surgery on our dog and was always in contact with us. She is such a caring doctor and you can tell she loves what she does and does it quite well.Birdie is doing great because of the care she received there.

We had to rush our dog Chimera here after a pigmy rattlesnake bite. They saved her . Top praises not only to her primary veterinarian Dr Heirs but her best staff member Stacy who took care of her over night . Our dog was treated like her own . We love ya'll. Last night I had an emergency with my dog. I called Tri-County veterinary emergency they answered the phone promptly ; told me to come right in with my dog. When I arrived they were waiting ,swiftly took the dog back for treatment.We were treated with much compassion and respect. My dog is fine this morning and I am grateful

As Milton approached Florida we evacuated to North Florida .. it was ok until human error failed and our rescue lil ole Roxie became lunch meat for another rescue belonging to dear friends .
Tri County was ready to close ( but too& our frantic call) and waited for us to drive 49 miles each way .
I can say from experience the staff and ✨Dr.B✨were beyond gracious professional swift in diagnosis fair in pricing and allowed me to be with my precious girl as they went to work on her !
In house kitties amused the guys whileI stayed with Roxie.. All said it was an incredibly unsettling
experience —after a very long ride to evacuate
our home in Pinellas County ! THANK YOU DR B

When staff cries with you for the loss of a puppy, and then make sure you get home all right. And then follows up the next day, that is above and beyond.
Our puppy, baby of nine weeks was bitten by a snake and they did everything they could. Their compassion was overwhelming.

I brought my dog Claire in and immediately started getting treatment and help. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to help Claire because she was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. However the employees were fantastic. They were very compassionate, patient, and kind during a difficult time. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their pet.

While no one wants to go to a veterinary emergency clinic, I could not imagine a better experience.
From the first phone call to heartfelt hugs and tears in the parking lot, everyone was incredible.
Alexa, our technician/veterinary nurse, was warm and professional, a wonderful presence and went well above and beyond her duties. Dr. Hires was compassionate and understanding. It was clear that her interests were helping Riley and myself and my boyfriend in the day that hurts the most as a guardian to these amazing beings we are lucky enough to spend time and love with.
I hope that everyone doesn't need to go see this wonderful and caring team, but if you do need them, they are truly there for you, your fur children, and the community.
