Was amazed at this place.? my dog is so scared of getting his nails clipped. The staff was amazing with him. Could not be happier. Could not get anyone to get him in and handle him to get them done. Everyone pulled together and helped and all the time reassuring him.. I know where to take him now. Being new to the area , I didn't catch everyone's names. But Burno and I thank you. ?

I have been bringing my dog to your grooming salon for some time, and while I have generally been pleased with the grooming results, I have some serious concerns regarding the behavior of one specific groomer and the overall customer service.

1. Dog's Reaction and Treatment Concerns:
My dog tends to get very shaky when we walk into the salon. This reaction has always puzzled me until I witnessed a groomer yelling at the dogs several times. This made me wonder if my dog is also being treated this way.

2. Poor Customer Service:
On a recent visit, I encountered a highly unprofessional and rude attitude from a staff member who I believe might be the owner or manager. Although I understand that you were understaffed due to call-ins, the negative statements and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. Instead of rescheduling the appointment, I received rude treatment and complaints about being understaffed and having a sore shoulder.

3. Inappropriate Behavior:
When I picked up my dog, I was treated inappropriately. Despite trying to stay positive and polite, the groomer was very rude, repeatedly telling me she had been grooming for 50 years in a dismissive manner. When I asked for guidance on what to look for on my dog, she snapped at me. I explained my efforts to maintain my dog's coat, but she responded by yelling and rudely asserting her experience.

4. Injuries and Aftercare:
My dog came home exhausted, fell several times, and was limping. I discovered a gash/cut on his left leg by the elbow, which was wet and causing him to whine in pain.

This level of poor customer service, lack of communication skills, and inappropriate treatment is unacceptable. Pets can sense when things are amiss, and such negative experiences affect both the owner and the pet. While the grooming results have been good, the experience with this particular groomer has been distressing enough that I will not be bringing my dog back.

I hope you can address these issues to improve the overall experience for other customers. Professionalism and kindness are crucial when dealing with beloved pets and their owners.

He did come home with this after his grooming.with a big sore on his right elbow and it is still bleeding this evening and he is limping..

I asked you how I could see if there was matting and you misunderstood me. You never said anything about keeping anything long if you can and a summer cut was mentioned and you said that you would cut it shorter due to us moving and us not having a groomer for awhile. You never said anything to me about keeping it longer at all if you can. I also told the gal behind the desk that I did brush him before his bath but you were not standing there when I said it, which you assumed differently. I everything you exactly said to me but did you even hear everything that I exactly said. No I don’t think you did! Please do yourself a favor listen to your customers first before you assume that they said differently. My dog is now limping and still bleeding tonight yet. By morning I may need to take him into the vet to get it checked. Maybe you should be footing the bill since your clipper injured him. He hasn’t been able to stand up and when he does he limps on that leg and cries. So please don’t try to weasel out if this one!

Over all experience I would have to say just satisfactory. First of all the reception was just great she did the paperwork give me some paperwork and then the groomer came over and asked me how would I like my dog's haircut I told her specifically since it's getting cold just leave it a little long ( I have a mixed wired hair terrier). I also told the groomer who was standing at my side to leave a long strands of hair coming off her ears and her whisker too this is what defines her as a female. Well it was obvious that she asked question with no intention of paying attention I went to pick my dog up and as in enter the front doors my dog see's me and of course she gets excited and start to move around .the groomer does not hesitate and yells at my dog to stop and picks her up aggressively and makes a comment to fellow worker that she was going to take her to the back room. when she brings the dog to the front my dogs hair was as short as I've ever seen it I don't think she could have got any shorter unless she would have shaved her. If I new that the groomer was going to do what she wanted too. I would have not ever stepped in that 4 paws Grooming Salon. I could have did the same hair cut at home and did a better job.also I would of save gas , $ , and time. I'm about a hour away from the salon. And so you asked about my experience well if you read it correctly you know what it's all about have a great day.

Great experience here! I have a 4 pound, 6 month old maltipoo. 4 paws took great care of her and groomed her perfectly dispute (I’m sure) quite a lot of wiggles!

Thank you for doing an amazing job grooming our 2 Great Pyrenees who were in desperate need of baths & trims. They came home happy and beautiful, glowing white! We're thrilled to have found an excellent, professional shop we can trust to take care of our pups!

We bring our small dog here to get groomed and they do a very good job…much better than many of the other places in the area. I highly recommend them for their skill at grooming!

The main drawback is the woman who works reception, she may be the owner but I’m not sure. She lacks customer service skills and is rude. My wife had complained about her previously and I was able to experience it myself recently. Poor customer service and lack of communication skills is something I cannot stand. My wife will put up with it a bit more.

This last time we said no more but the quality of the wash and cut is excellent so we are on the fence.

I hope the owner sees this review and decides to change something as I know others who have stopped taking their pets to this location due to this customer service issue.
