This is a horrible company to work with. Run, don't walk away! Their support team can hardly speak English and are impossible to understand. I literally spent 10 hours working on an insurance course and taking the exam. When I was 2 questions from completion, the exam timed out on me and disappeared. I called customer support to get them to grade my exam as it was and give me credit for it since I had passed the exam regardless of the final 2 questions. The support folks said that the test had been reset and that I had to take the exam again. They refused to give me my money back and would not let me speak to anyone higher than a support supervisor. I would not refer my worst enemy to this company.

VanEd 360Training Real Estate Course Review: Avoid at All Costs

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use VanEd / 360Training for your real estate education. The course is hastily put together, with glaring mistakes and subpar quality at every turn. From typos to poorly designed content, it’s clear that VanEd has no intention of providing a professional or reliable educational experience. But that’s just the start of the nightmare.

The real issue lies in their complete and utter lack of support and accountability. I had a simple, yet crucial, issue when I took the end-of-course exam: after just five questions into the 100-question test, my internet cut out. No big deal, right? I logged back in, fully prepared to continue. Instead, I was met with a page informing me that I had failed the exam and would not be able to retake it for 30 days. That was six days ago, and the situation has only gotten worse.

Over the last six days, I have reached out to their support team five times. The first response claimed that the issue was fixed, citing my name as the problem (even though it had been correct from the start). The next response assured me that the problem would be resolved in two hours. Four days later, I still had no solution. Their chat support is equally useless — often disconnecting or sending automatic responses asking for feedback, without addressing the issue at hand.

I also called their support number, which connects to a call center in India. While the representatives are polite, they simply cannot help. Worse yet, there’s no way to escalate the issue. There’s no supervisor to talk to, and they have no direct line to the engineering team that actually fixes problems. This means that your concerns are lost in translation and you are left hoping that someone, somewhere, on the other end of an email chain will eventually understand the issue and fix it. Spoiler alert: they don’t.

The customer service experience here is the worst I’ve ever encountered — and that’s saying something, considering the countless interactions with poorly trained call centers I’ve endured. VanEd / 360Training's lack of professionalism and its failure to address technical problems in a timely manner is simply unacceptable.

This whole ordeal has made me realize just how little competition there is in the online education market. If you're looking to start a business, I strongly encourage you to open a real estate education company that actually cares about its customers and offers real service. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from VanEd / 360Training. This company is a textbook example of how to run a business poorly.

Sadly wished I would have read the reviews. I also never received my OSHA 30 card. I didn’t realize it until a couple years later that all I had was the certificate of completion (which was all I had needed to show at the time). I paid the $89 to replace it and paid the expedited shipping fee. Still haven’t received my replacement either or a tracking number after 2 weeks. Seems like they are intentionally not sending cards out so they can charge for replacements.
ps. They will probably reply to this review with a bot asking me to contact them with the best way to reach me.

If you want your certificate on a timely manner, don't do it here. They do not provide the certificate on time. I sent required documents to their customer service four times and yet recieved no certificate even though they say it will be resolved within 2 days. They will just make the same statements and waste your time.
If you need your certificate for a license renewal or in a timely manner, don't do it here.

Fraudulent company. They advertised a course for $47, and when I tried to purchase, they changed it to $98. Bait and switch. When I contacted them, they refused to honor their published/advertised price. I should have checked reviews. I am seeing VERY poor reviews on every platform

It's sad to give th one star
This has to be the worst provider ever. It is a scam. I took a Broker Class and completed 2weeks ago, still havent received my certificate. I am calling everyday to o avail to having a solution. Only a foreign accent saying its esculated.

Stay away from this company.
They will steal your money and even more important your time.
I took one of their online licensing classes, did all the hours, took the test, submitted requested affidavit documents and have been waiting 3 weeks now for a certificate. I first followed up after a week but have now called customer service 3 times to ask where is my completion certificate and each time they say the problem will be resolved in 1-2 business days, meanwhile after spending considerable time and money on the course nothing to show for it. Crooks!!!

Must be 0 start of their is option for that.
They closed at 8:00 pm
Started for attempting exam from 5:58 pm they don’t have any proctor available and right now it’s 8:16 pm
I am still waiting for my turn…
We paid lot of money on that and investing time and lot of energy
It’s not a free service.
Spending 50 mins to check surroundings and on that 95 questions to be answered in 90 mins and if you blink your eyes in seeing small screen for more than 30-60 mins they give warning

Today in the afternoon as well spent 2 hours for turn and then took more than 50 mins for surrounding checking…
Must give free this kind of service
Still ppl won’t take it
Time is money and time you guys just wasted hours lot of hours…
