Absolutely love this store! Been coming here since the new owners took over back in 2024 and I have to say they have really made the place 100% better! All the animals look so happy and friendly! And it doesn’t smell bad at all like a pet store normally does. They have such a wide variety of frozen fish foods and feeder insects! I will continue to recommend this mom and pop pet store to everyone!! 100% recommended coming here !

This business is the best! Best prices around especially for feeder rats and crickets. You can see the new owners truly care about the animals and there well being! Especially with how clean it is in here. I will Continue to support this business no matter what anyone says. Thumbs up to 3 rivers pets and there Employee for making this business so much better then the previous owners! You rock.

This is a very loving, caring, clean place, since the new owners took over! They take good care and love these pets! They even, get attached to their pets and want them in a loving home. They are always, ready to answer any questions, I may have. I have been in many pet shops that, are only concerned about making money, not the pets. At this pet shop, you can see how much they care for these pets. I highly, recommend buying your pet there. They are very knowledgeable and know alot about each pet. So, don't be afraid to ask questions. Great place!

It Horrible how many entitled people listen to half true, and judge before having all the facts, and I know for certain that certain entitled people have never be in this pet store, The owners Austin and Meg have work blood, sweat, and tears into rebuilding the building from the chaos the old owner had, and Has done whatever they need to do to help their animals, including how the building smells amazing, to where if you in by nose alone you wouldn’t even be able to tell that you were a in pet shop, How the employees greet the customers with a smile on their faces, and many they can be in arms reach to help! And I truly hope that these entitled people realizes their mistake, though I doubt that will happen just because they are that entitled!!

The new owners have truly made this the Best small business pet store there is!!!!
Me and my husband asked if we could special order A red eyed tree frog for our son and they were able to get one in within 2 days! He was so happy to learn he wouldn’t have to wait long for one. We are so happy with the service and the friendly atmosphere! They have so much to look at and such amazing prices especially for a small business! They also have such a wonderful variety of feeder insects for our animals that not a lot of other pet stores have. We definitely will be spreading the word about this place. Thankyou for making this pet store beautiful again!!!

Today is Monday and this wonderful store is closed. Upon recognition of my vehicle they opened their doors to me. Yesterday my brother and sister in law bought a beautiful handsome Guinea pig. My sister in law was so excited, but realized she should have bought his cage mate. Again on their day to be closed, opened up their doors so I could surprise them with the cage mate AND made sure they didn’t have to wait. They know their animals so much that they knew which one I was talking about.. having never seen him. Healthy and loved critters along with all necessary supplies. So happy for these new owners.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this great LOCAL shop. I have purchased multiple animals from here and they have all been taken great care of prior to purchase. The dwarf bunnies that I recently purchased are the most favorite of our whole family. They are very friendly and even were pretty much potty trained. I definitely recommend 3 rivers pets they also are very helpful if you need advice on any animal after purchase.

I had driven past the place a couple of times, and recently this week was able to come inside, very open spaces, Animals looked so healthy (which I can’t say to some other places), The employee had a very friendly attitude, and you could just tell she love working here! I recommend going here when you can! 5 out of 5, Really Can’t wait to go back when I can!
